Einstein Bros Bagels Description:
With about 15 bagel varieties and almost as many flavored cream cheeses to mix and match, it's no wonder the neighborhood delis of Miami have been sent packing. Caféteria-style service is convenient and expedient enough for those who barely slow down to sit and eat with two hands, let alone outside their cars. However, there are always plenty of tables at which to luxuriate with a coffee and a paper. Be warned, though, there's always a bustle at Einstein's, and eating in can be a harrowing experience, as young professionals on the go grab a bit of tasty sustenance for the road. Try an everything bagel (with salt, sesame, poppy seeds, garlic and onion) with smoked salmon spread. Or, for a sweet start, how about a blueberry bagel with strawberry cream cheese? Lunch sandwiches include just about everything you might find at a traditional Jewish deli, only they're served on bagels.
