A sunlit atrium garnished with fresh flowers creates the right mood to enjoy cuisine just as light and artful. Mushrooms stuffed with shrimp, onions and carrots and dressed with ginger sauce are a wonderful prelude to classic Thai entrées like larb, curry, satay, pad thai and stir-fries. Chef's specials tend to be spicy and heavy on seafood. For weekday lunches, we prefer the quick and affordable Lunch Express. Try the cool and zesty koong pla---grilled shrimp on romaine lettuce with cucumber, cilantro and lime-chili pepper sauce. We like to finish the meal with traditional iced coffee laced with condensed milk or the mango mousse.
