Paggi House Description:
Paggi House, a historical landmark, was sold to Michael Paggi in 1884 and became the first ice-making plant in Texas. Starters may include blue-crab claw tempura with yuzu brown butter and Hawaiian bigeye tartare. Main courses range from mesquite-grilled filet mignon with a manchego red onion crust to Texas rack of lamb and mushroom risotto with asparagus and white truffle oil.
