Kenichi's fresh yellowfin tuna sushi is a mouth melting catch---we dare you to resist more than one piece. The Aspen roll lays it on rich and thick with smoked trout, cream cheese, scallions, cucumbers and masago aïoli. Innovative Pan Asian entrées worth noting: roasted bamboo-wrapped salmon or Yukari rubbed lamb chops with shiso oil and ginger flower edamame relish. Expect a staggering saké selection and nice wines by the glass. Ginger crème brûlée is a decadent finish.
