Cache Cache Bistro Description:
This Provençal bistro in the central core of Aspen is one of the most popular, relaxed, and lively in town with locals and visitors. It's always jumping, but it is not a chi-chi scream scene--except in the noisy bar where the inexpensive bar specials draw beautiful local women of all ages and the men who've discovered where to find them. However, this isn't an especially romantic destination--more a place for family and friends to dine and spot each other across the well-lit room. We always order the osso buco when feeling the need for stick to your ribs home cooking on a cold night, or one of the innovative vegetarian specials. We also enjoy the grilled sea bass, pork tenderloin, striploin au poivre, and rotisserie-roasted game.
