What used to be two restaurants side by side is now one. The owners broke through the wall and joined the two eateries, a move that allows sushi lovers to dine happily along with their pad thai-eating pals. On the sushi side of the menu, you can't go wrong with the enormous sampler platter for two that comprises many different types of sushi and sashimi. The presentations are artistic, and the fish is fresh. Small plates are all over the map, from Peking duck to whitefish carpaccio and Thai spring rolls. For your main, decide on a teriyaki or a yakitori, with the spicy basil fried rice to share.
