Chili's Grill & Bar Description:
I want my baby-back, baby-back, baby-back ribs. When you think of Chili's, you may think of ribs at this quintessential bar and grill. With its emphasis on alcoholic concoctions, appetizers and large entrées in a noisy setting, it doesn't offer too much more than what you'd expect. Not that the food is bad. Some of the dishes are actually pretty good. The chips and salsa are always fresh, and wings are better than average. Beyond the ribs for an entrée, our favorites are the crispy shrimp or smoked chicken tacos. Go for the optional grilled vegetables; they're worth the price. Chili's also has good burgers and entrée salads. For those watching their weight, the chain's guiltless grill entrées are above average. Hamburgers are also available sans the meat, made with a black bean patty. If you have room, the dessert to try is the molten chocolate cake---simple and always tasty.
