Rainforest Cafe Description:
The tag line says it all: Rainforest Café is a wild place to shop and eat. This branch, located in Downtown Disney between the ESPN Zone and House of Blues, is a fun spot to take the kids after a day of rides at Disneyland or California Adventure. They'll love the giant waterfall and periodic thunder and lightning storms, during which all of the tropical animals move and make noise. The primary draw here is the ambience, but you'll also find Caribbean cocktails for the adults and an extensive menu featuring pastas, chops and sandwiches, as well as some more exotic dishes like Asian-style pot stickers and Caribbean-style coconut chicken. Save room for the "volcano" sundae, which comes to the table sparkling hot with personal fireworks and lots of chocolate sauce. As you leave, don't forget to check out the shop for items from around the world.
