Ask about the crisply cooked green bean wraps, which aren't on the menu, but they are a must starter. Another favorite is the beef with plum sauce, shredded, candy-sweet tender beef played against a mound of crisp rice noodles. Orange beef sets the sweetness of orange and the delectable bitterness of its zest against the meat. We also suggest the cold noodles sauced with peanut dressing and sesame oil.
