Hudson Grille Description:
Some 18 flat-screen TVs surround the bar and dining space, and there are games to play, too. For starters, share a plate of the tender milk-marinated calamari, served with a "marinara" sauce that's more like a barbecue sauce. Breaded shrimp with house-made tartar sauce are first-rate, their sweet fresh flavor coming through the light coating. The meal deal is the eight-ounce sirloin, which is a simple piece of good, grilled beef. We also recommend the pork chop, Reuben, salmon and the sweet potato french fries. And the cheesecake---which we prefer plain---is the dessert to target. The wine list needs work, but the beer list is a very good round-up of bottles and draughts. Coloring materials are provided for the little people, and they have their own menus.
