At lunch, India Palace caters to the office crowd, offering an all-you-can-eat buffet of the most commonly requested dishes---saag paneer, dal and other curries, both vegetarian and not---along with rotating specials. At night, the lights go down and the ambience rises as gussied up waiters serve with a formality straight out of British Imperial days. Either way, the food is grand.
