Free parking will be available in and around the park.

There will be a special, secure and free parking area for Trail of Tears motorcycle riders to park their bikes.

The Trail of Tears Concert is an official, authorized and sanctioned event of the Trail of Tears Commemorative Motorcycle Ride. This will be the 12th year of the Motorcycle Ride and the 1st annual concert.


McFarland Park is located on (Alabama) State Highway 20 next to the O'Neal Bridge that crosses the Tennessee River in Downtown Florence. McFarland Park is next to Funland Water Park and the Florence Marina.

It is near the intersection of State Highway 20 and US Highway 72 (which is also South Court Street in Downtown Florence)

The concert is being held on a former Golf Driving Range in McFarland Park, which is adjacent to Highway 20.

There will be two Gates, one at the rear of the Concert Site which is for Motorcycle Riders and one on the Stage Right side of the site, which is for people who come by car or walk from Downtown Florence. There will be ticket booths at both gates.

Gates will open at or around 4:30pm. The concert starts at 5:30pm. The concert should end at or about 10:00pm.


The capacity of the site will be limited to 20,000

**CONCESSIONS: There will be NO alcoholic beverages for sale at McFarland Park. Concert attendees may bring small coolers for their personal use only. NO Food and Beverage sales will be permitted without a license from Scarlet Cross Concerts or their designated agent. This will be strictly enforced. Coca Cola, Diet Cokes, Sprites, Dasani Water and Lemonade will be available for purchase.
Food vendors will include:
"Back Yard Burgers" / "Domino Pizzas" / Ice Cream, Italian ices, Hot Dogs and other TBD

Driving direction to McFarland Park:
Florence is located in the Northwest corner of Alabama.

Take the US Highway 72 Exit at Athens, AL and go west to Florence

Driving from Decatur, you can travel on Alt US Highway 72.
